Limited Warranty:  All warranties are limited.  The warranty does not cover any costs or loss associated with a defective product.  We are not responsible for any replacements if shipping information on the order form is incorrect.

Video Warranty and Return Policy:  DVDs and HD Video Download Links cannot be returned.  All DVDs carry a 30 day limited warranty.  If you encounter any problems, please submit a supoort request at www.mynamissphotovideo.com.  Defective products will be replaced free of charge with a new DVD.  Please allow 30 days for replacement.  Visible damage to the surface of the DVDs voids all warranties.  HD Video Download Links will not be resent if content is shown to have been downloaded.

Printed Photo Products, Portraits, and Photo CD Warranty & Terms of Use: Photos and Photo Download Links cannot be returned.  All photos are copyright of Advanced Innovations Inc., et all, the purchaser of a Photo Download link (herein licensee) is granted a limited license to reproduce photos for personal use.  This includes making prints, sharing free of charge with others, and using for personal reasons in electronic forms.  The licensee may not resell, market, or use photos in whole or in part for any commercial or editorial purpose.
